How long are shipping times?
Every order is custom stitched after you order it. We require a bit of stitch time before shipping but we are currently shipping out our orders within 2-4 weeks from payment due to high demand during AUGUST-NOVEMBER . From January-July orders takes 3-14 days. Please be patient since I am a one-person small business owner, I will try my best to get your order out as soon as possible :)
Shipping within Canada is typically 2-6 days and outside of Canada is 8 days +. You will be sent a tracking number upon shipment so you will be able to see how long it will take to ship.
I CAN'T FIND THE DESIGN I WANT ANYWHERE!?! WHAT DO I DO?
NO WORRIES! If you cannot find the design you were looking for on my website, you can simply take a screenshot of the design you would like, and upload it to the Custom Hoodies and Crewnecks Product you chose - then choose your stitching colours you would like, and i will re-create your design on your chosen sweatshirt :)
Do we ship Internationally?
Yes!!! We deliver internationally too! International standard shipping is $15.00 but you can choose expedited options that are priced accordingly.
FREE SHIPPING in North America
Can I put my own design on a shirt?
YES! If you have a custom design or image, you can upload it to the Custom Crewnecks or Custom Hoodies Collections - then pick your stitching colours. I can create any design onto your chosen sweatshirt!
How many people are working on my order?
I am the only one working to fulfill all your orders! Please be patient while the process time to create your personalized products take time and made with love :)
I haven't received a confirmation email yet, what do i do?
It can take up to 24 hours for a confirmation email to be sent. If you haven't received a confirmation email after 24 hours, please check junk/spam mail if you haven't checked. If it is unsuccessful, please email us at sunwaycustomembroidery@gmail.com for guidance.
HOW DOES CUSTOMIZATION WORK!?
It's Custom! Steps:
1. Pick your colour and type of sweater or pants
2. Pick your size
3. Pick your design - use our designs or upload a custom picture
4. Pick your stitch colours - choose ours or type in your own!
5. Personalize for $10!! Add a name or initials to the bottom left sleeve - perfect for a loved one!
6- If you don't see what you want or if you want to further customize something, tell us in the notes box!!!
